By booking, paying for or attending a Woodbey Training session, or by opting in to our text messages, you agree to these terms.

Programs and eligibility

Woodbey Training offers small-group youth football training for athletes ages 8 to 18 in Fontana, California. A parent or legal guardian must book, pay and sign the participation agreement and liability waiver before an athlete's first session.

Pricing and payment

  • Single session: $60 per athlete, valid only for the week it is purchased.
  • Monthly 8-Pack: $440 per month for 8 sessions, to be used within that month. It renews automatically each month until you cancel before your next billing date.
  • All sessions are paid in advance. A session is booked only after payment is complete.
  • All sales are final. No refunds.

Cancellations and missed sessions

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before a session to keep it.
  • Cancellations inside 24 hours and no-shows count as a used session.
  • Unused 8-Pack sessions do not roll over, except sessions cancelled by Woodbey Training (for example, weather, travel or coach unavailability), which carry over.

Safety and conduct

Athletes must follow coaching instructions and treat coaches and other athletes with respect. Woodbey Training may remove an athlete from a session for unsafe or disrespectful behavior, without refund. Participation is also governed by the signed Participation Agreement and Liability Waiver.

Text messaging terms

Program: Woodbey Training text messages. When you opt in, you may receive messages about scheduling, booking confirmations, reminders, account updates and occasional promotions for our training programs.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at [email protected] or (909) 637-3851.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

Photos and video

Woodbey Training may film or photograph sessions. Athletes appear in published content only with their parent or guardian's written media consent.

Changes

We may update these terms, schedules or prices. Changes apply from the date they are posted and do not change sessions you have already paid for.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
